I would definitely not recommend it. There is a comment on Quora on why this university should be avoided and the person who wrote it hit the bullseye. Everything is confusing, the study plans and the way of conducting individual tasks, writing papers and proposals etc. There is no compromise with the professors unless they really like you, usually they stick to their plan...
