- Awarded to eligible new commencing international applicants studying in internal/on-campus mode at Albury-Wodonga, Dubbo, Bathurst, Melbourne, Orange, Port Macquarie, Sydney and Wagga Wagga in the approved courses.
- The scholarship is not available for continuing or transferring students.
