Established by Kenneth and Margo Ramsing, former University of Oregon faculty members who served as dean of the Graduate School and International Student Advisor, respectively.

Each year the UO awards more than $2.5 million in financial aid and scholarships to international students.

One scholarship of approximately $1000 may be awarded each year.

Eligibility

  • The UO Office of International Affairs grants several competitive cash-based scholarships each year to international students who demonstrate financial need and academic merit.
  • To be eligible students must have a minimum 3.5 GPA.
