Description
This MRS Resident Advisor Scholarship recognises the commitment to the residential community made by volunteer Resident Advisors, who live in Monash Residential Services (MRS).
Benefits
Half scholarship: $282.50 paid monthly by MRS as rental rebates over 10 months (Total value $2,825.00) (February to November 2024).
Three-quarter scholarship: $423.75 paid monthly by MRS as rental rebates over 10 months (Total value $4,237.50) (February to November 2024).
Full scholarship: $565.00 paid monthly by MRS as rental rebates over 10 months (Total value $5,650.00) (February to November 2024).
Eligibility
- A current full-time undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate student enrolled at a Monash campus in Australia.
- A current resident with Monash Residential Services.
- Appointed a Resident Advisor with MRS.
- Must not be in breach of any current Monash Residential Services Conditions of Residency
- You must provide a valid Volunteer Working with Children check.
- Minimum of a pass grade average (50%) in the previous academic year.
You must be one of the following:
- An Australian citizen
- A New Zealand citizen
- Australian permanent resident
- Australian humanitarian visa holder
- An International student
