LSE has set aside a significant amount of funding to provide LSE Access to Education Graduate Scholarships for asylum seekers and refugees, in response to the ongoing crisis across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

  • Priority will be given to those who are applying for their first master's progamme and to recent graduates who were eligible for maintenance support during their undergraduate studies on the basis of their financial circumstances.

  • applied for admission to study at LSE;
  • submitted the LSE Graduate Financial Support Application (including Section G: Personal Statement) accessed via the Graduate Application Tracker. Within the personal statement, you must explain fully your background and if applicable, where you are in the process of applying for refugee status; as much detail as possible will be helpful in assessing your application.
