Description
The scholarship has been created by Luis Freitas de Oliveira, MBA’93D. He advocates for Europe to remain open to immigrants who have a genuine desire to integrate. He believes that experiencing INSEAD, its values and academic excellence, will help to deepen integration for first or second generation immigrants. It is his hope that it will also greatly contribute to the ability of the scholarship recipients to be a force of good, in Europe and in the World. The scholarship will help outstanding individuals who are financially stretched to access the world-class business school INSEAD is.

Eligibility
- Candidates admitted to the MBA Programme or invited for admission interviews that are first or second generation immigrants to Europe.
- Applicants must have spent the major part of their education and professional lives in a European country (Europe is defined as the member countries of the European Union, the member countries of the European Economic area and Switzerland).
- Financial need is strongly factored into consideration.
