Description
Southampton Chemistry Deans International Scholarships are available to international students studying chemistry and chemical engineering at either undergraduate or postgraduate level.
Benefits
There are 3 scholarships available. The £5,000 off tuition fees is for the first year of study only.
Eligibility
To get this scholarship you must:
- apply to study an undergraduate or a postgraduate master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- receive an unconditional or conditional offer to study
- not be in receipt of any external scholarship
- be an international student paying the overseas fee

To apply for this scholarship:
Apply for an eligible undergraduate or a postgraduate course at the University of Southampton.
Complete and submit the online application form by 22 April 2026, 5pm, UK time.
In the application form, you will need to provide your personal details and the name of the course you will study. You will also need to answer 2 questions:
what are your career aspirations and how do you plan on achieving those goals? (500 words maximum word count)
as a Southampton Chemistry International student how might you act as an ambassador for the University? (200 words maximum word count)
