Overview
Exploring the unique needs and characteristics of all stages of the project’s life-cycle, you’ll learn to balance efficiency on time, cost and performance and constructability, as well as the environmental impact. Project management is all about team work. You'll work in a team to produce a complex project proposal based on a real-world scenario. This allows you to apply the skills and knowledge that you’ve gained to coordinate a multidisciplinary team of professionals to successfully deliver a construction project.
