Overview
In the Master's specialisation in Organisation Design and Change Management, you will gain expertise in designing and changing organisations to deliver societally responsible and economically valuable contributions. In particular, you will (1) learn current theories about core challenges in the structure and social practices of organisations, (2) acquire analytical and communicative skills to address these challenges, and (3) develop yourself as a reflective academically-trained professional in this field.

- Change-, design- or strategy consultant at both large and more specialised consulting firms such as Berenschot, Cap Gemini, EY, IG&H, Gzicht, Q-Consult, SeederdeBoer and Twynstra Gudde.
- Change-, project- or general manager at national and international companies such as ABN-AMRO Bank, Alliander, Zwitserleven, ProRail, and Royal Schiphol Group.
- Internal advisor, manager of policy officer at NGO’s or governmental ministries such as Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, Justice and Security, and Defense.
Alumni also are well-qualified for PhD candidate/Junior lecturer positions at renowned Universities within or outside the Netherlands.

Your admission into this programme depends on your previous education. You are admissible if you have a completed:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a similar (or related) field from another research university with a fair number of courses in your preferred specialisation.
Your degree must be equivalent to a Dutch Research University diploma. Ideally, your Bachelor's degree should cover the following courses:
