Overview
This Practice Educator programme at The University of Hull offers a blended approach towards study, with your time spent either learning online or in our award-winning health facilities on campus.
Learning methods include workshops, discussions, group work and lead lectures – enabling you to play an active part in your learning. Plus, you’ll be further supported by our virtual learning environment.
Our core modules will give you a solid foundation in all aspects of the role including practice; establishing effective working relationships; evidence-based practice; leadership; creating an environment for learning; facilitation of learning; assessment and accountability and evaluation of learning.
Students on this course will usually have prior experience as a mentor or assessor, as well as evidence of academic study within the past five years. However, all applications will be considered on individual merit.
