To match with the requirement of automatic and computerization society, our department offers the students not only theoretical and application curriculums but also computer-aided engineering, drawing and manufacturing courses, mechatronic engineering courses and micro-electro-mechanical courses to make students have strong capabilities in handling the multi-field problems.

Educational Objectives

Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering is the foundation to the entire manufacturing industry. Even high tech industries such as computer and IC manufacturing depend on precision manufacturing equipments. To help our nation raise its technology standard and production capability, our department trains students in both theories and applications in mechanical engineering. National Ilan University's graduates possess the skills of designing, manufacturing, controlling, operating and maintaining machinery. In addition, they are familiar with integrated mechanical systems and manufacturing processes, and are able to conduct computer-aided design.
