Overview
The Arts and Cultural Management programme offered by Paris School of Business (PSB) provides the students with 2 diplomas: an MSc from Paris School of Business and an MBA from IESA Arts&Culture.
This unique programme is taught in partnership with IESA Arts&Culture, a leading European institution in arts management. Students will also take advantage of the vibrant cultural scene in Paris and in Europe.
Two tracks are offered based on the student's level of education (or most recent degree):
- 24-month track: designed for students holding a Bachelor's degree (3 or 4 years), with the option to complete the second year online.
- 18-month track: designed for students holding a Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree (4 years) combined with at least 2 years of professional experience.
The programme provides a unique space for students who are passionate about arts and culture to develop the business knowledge and skills to lead arts and culture organizations effectively and responsibly.
Via this multidisciplinary approach, students develop transversal arts and management skills, including fundraising and financial strategy, events management, Human Resource management, and creative marketing, audience outreach and mediation.
Gaining first-hand experience is a key component of the MSc programme, and thanks to the school’s excellent location in Paris, the city becomes a classroom!
Students also participate in multiple professional activities and visits in other EU cities in order to gain in-depth knowledge of the European arts and cultural markets.
They experience total immersion in the arts and cultural industries thanks to business activities, learn first-hand from experts and industry leaders during company visits and expand your professional network.
The programme concludes with a minimum 4-month internship in France or abroad.
