Overview

Through completion of the Production Engineering programme from Klaipeda University , students will gain skills and knowledge required to design and improve modern manufacturing and production processes. Studies are based on scientific research and experimental actions.

During the whole study process, the students choose an experimental work. They also choose an internship in Klaipeda or abroad. Labs at KU allow our students to implement innovative research, develop and analyse processes and devices, and new materials, taking into account their impact on the environment.

Career

With approx. one third of all jobs in the EU based in the manufacturing sector, joining this course provides you with a great career opportunity. We expect graduates to find work in industrial companies working as engineers, experts, heads of the projects, and similar. In addition, a research career is also available, working in labs or research institutes, or to proceed with PhD studies.
