Through the Educational Leadership from The American University in Cairo you will gain the skills, knowledge and disposition to work amongst transformational educational leaders across the globe. Your coursework will cover theory, evidence and practice applicable for all levels and types of educational institutions, while concentrations focus on specific applications for Pre K-12 and higher education. In addition, the program’s international perspective provides an analytical lens by which students may practice as educational leaders in any country.

Career:

The Master of Arts program in educational leadership aims to empower a cadre of innovative and earnest school and university leaders. The program is a strong fit for students currently working in leadership and management positions in higher education institutions or schools as well as those wishing to move into leadership positions.

Pre K-12 School Leadership: Work in high-level positions in nurseries and schools in Egypt, the Arab region and beyond.
