Overview
Biomedical engineering is among the most promising research areas and economic sectors in the 21st century, demonstrating above-average growth around the world. Medical technology in Switzerland is a particularly well established industry sector that has reached very high standards.
Thanks to a partnership between the University of Bern and Bern University of Applied Sciences, the Master of Sciences in Biomedical Engineering programme is open to a wide range of interested students.
For the time being, graduates of Swiss universities of applied sciences with a background in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (such as microtechnology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, IT and others) will be admitted to the university-based MSc programme without prerequisites.
Features
