Bachelor of Science or Arts in Architectural Studies with a minimum CGPA 2.67;
- Any other qualifications recognised by the Board of Architects Malaysia and Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education;
- Students must obtain LAM Part I exemption/recognition prior to joining the programme.
- Minimum six (6) months practical experience after graduating from the first stage of architectural education at a registered architect office, approved architectural related organization or practice within the building industry.*
