Overview
The International Law program of the South East European University aims to provide a range of modules that will form the basis of information and advanced knowledge on International Law matters for the purpose of training students to basic legal professions related to this field by providing solid knowledge, the specific and systematic institutes and concepts of International Law and on the situation and their prospects in the region and world.
Career
The Law Faculty diploma is recognized by the Chamber of Lawyers and Notaries in RM. Exercise of legal professions requires formal registration in these rooms. Graduation in the Faculty of Law enables students to approach the relevant state bodies, especially in judicial branch as courts and public prosecutors. The Law Faculty has signed cooperation agreements with the Academy for training of judges and public prosecutors in the RM. Students who will have the ambition to deal with scientific research work, the Law Faculty of SEEU, enables the continuation of the studies-PhD studies. Students in this program also, professionally are trained for all occupations in the field of diplomacy, diplomatic and consular law, international organizations and human rights, institutions of international private law and to work on diplomatic and consular service of the country and international courts and arbitration.

General requirements
- The right of enrolment in the second cycle of academic studies (postgraduate studies) according to the model 3+2 (four semesters, 120 ECTS) is open to candidates who have obtained their undergraduate university diploma (verified) or the equivalent to three years’ undergraduate studies (180 ECTS credits) or four years (240 ECTS credits)
- Online completed Application form
- Application fee in amount of 1500 MKD (25 Euros)
- A short biography/motivation letter consisting of at least 500 words in which candidates should state the motivation for their application to SEEU
- Original university diploma (verified) and all original transcripts (diploma supplement, if any) of the first cycle of studies (or notarized copies)
- Birth certificate
- Photocopy of ID or passport
- For the study programmes offered in the English language, the minimum requirements for English proficiency are: level B1 (independent user) in accordance to Common European Language Framework (CEFR)
