Strategically situated in the Paris-Saclay Innovation Cluster, our location enables our students to draw upon the expertise of the cluster and team up with scientists to bring their technological inventions to market. Our proximity to Paris allows students to develop their professional networks in the city and to take advantage of Paris' location as a travel hub for all of Europe.
The size of our cohort - around 290 students - guarantees a personalized learning experience that prioritizes our students and their goals. Participants are immersed in a hands-on, learning-by-doing, entrepreneurial environment. At HEC Paris, our faculty advance the frontiers of knowledge to create new ideas that will shape tomorrow’s world and have an impact on our society.
HEC Paris MBA students graduate armed with a global mindset, the most recent and relevant business knowledge, and access to a network of 70,000 alumni in 132 countries. Within three months of graduation, 93 percent of graduates accept job offers and nearly 70 percent secure employment outside of their home countries.
Intakes
The HEC Paris MBA has two intakes each year, in January and September. All of our MBA students follow the same core curriculum, regardless of intake and specialization. Students from both intakes have the opportunity to merge into one class during the Customized Phase, creating a sense of teamwork in a collaborative community.
Programme Structure
During our 16-month program, you will develop the core management skills needed to excel in any industry, anywhere in the world. In the Customized Phase, you will choose a specialization that matches your personal aspirations and professional objectives. You spend eight months developing expertise through a wide range of options, including 5 specializations in some of today's most in-demand sectors, 2 concentrations (Tech & AI and Sustainability) elective courses, international-exchange and double-degree programs, in-depth research projects, as well as real-world work experiences.
HEC also offers an accelerated option, for those looking for a more condensed version, our January Intake – 12-month option. Students who choose the 12-month option must do 6 intensive electives and have less choice of customization.
