Overview

Within the Development, Education and International Cooperation M.A. / M.Soc.Sc Programme from the University of Jyväskylä you'll learn both intellectual tools and practical skills, with which to encounter multi-faceted and contradictory phenomena in the field. General requirements

The higher education degree must provide eligibility for master’s level study in the country in which the degree was issued. Applicants holding a degree that gives eligibility for doctoral-level study should primarily seek admission to a doctoral programme.
Suitable fields for the programme include a degree in development studies, or related social sciences discipline, and a degree in educational sciences.
Applicants with other, diverse background degrees with suitable work experience and strong motivation can be considered. However, in Phase 1 of the evaluation, applicants will get more points from their educational background with a degree in educational sciences and social sciences.
