Overview

This Electronic and Telecommunication program from University Teknologi Malaysia covers all the major aspects of electronics and telecommunications and their applications to the design of electronics or telecommunication systems. Students will also acquire expertise in the use of computer packages available in these areas. Furthermore, opportunities exist for outstanding students on this program to continue with research leading to a PhD degree.

Program Educational Objectives

PEO1: To produce postgraduates with multidisciplinary knowledge needed for designing, integrating and optimizing solutions, central to modern Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering systems.

PEO2: To produce postgraduates who are able to generate new knowledge, idea and technique in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering field.

PEO3: To produce postgraduates who are able to function in R&D research team and innovative industrial ventures.

PEO4: To produce postgraduates who are able to consistently perform their responsibilities ethically and professionally.
