With our extension subjects “Informatics” and “Information and Communications Engineering”, we render mathematics highly applicable. Join Mathematics at University of Klagenfurt .
Key facts
This will give you a first insight into areas which may later serve as points of entry for your successful professional career: from technology to the natural and life sciences to business and finance. Mathematics lays the foundation for countless technological innovations. Without it – and without you – most things will remain utopian!
For us, and for you, practical relevance is important! 14 ECTS points are reserved for your internship, which you can complete either in Austria or elsewhere. To this end, we build on a broad and profound scientific foundation, preparing you for your career in the best possible way. Our graduates work in finance and insurance, in technology companies, in consulting, in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, but also in (international) research institutions.
