M.A. with Internship
- In this academically rigorous program you will have the chance to earn an MA degree through coursework and a paid internship
- The internship option is designed to combine first class academic work with practical employment experience that will give you an advantage in the workplace.
Students in this graduate program will:

Programme Structure
- Successful completion of POLS-8000 (Scope and Approaches to Political Science).
- Successful completion of five further graduate classes (one of which may be taken outside of the department subject to the approval of the graduate chair)
- Completion of a major paper. The major paper will be written under the direction of a committee normally composed of two Political Science faculty members. A successful oral defence of the major paper is required.
