- Students who attain a minimum of a H2.2 standard in Year 3 of the BEng (Hons) in Structural Engineering programme at MTU are eligible to apply to transfer to Year 4 of the MEng in Civil Engineering (Environment and Energy) programme.
- Holders of existing Level 8 BEng(Hons) or BE qualifications in Civil, Structural or Environmental Engineering are eligible to apply for advanced entry to Year 4 or Year 5 of the programme.
