- Mathematics skills at bachelor's level with a scope of at least 20 ECTS, covering the subjects: calculus, linear algebra, LaPlace transformation, complex numbers and numerical methods.
- Physics skills at bachelor's level with a scope of at least 10 ECTS, covering the subjects: classical physics and basic electrical subjects, as well as basic knowledge of energy systems
- Competences at bachelor's level with a scope of at least 5 ECTS, covering the subject: basic control theory
- Competences at bachelor's level with a scope of at least 20 ECTS, which cover one or more of the subjects: state space control and discrete control, electrical machines, power electronics and hydraulic systems or 20 ECTS covering Fluid mechanics, heat transfer, flow machines, thermodynamics and thermal systems
