Program Details

International perspectives on food regulatory affairs have become increasingly important, particularly since the formation of the World Trade Organisation and the international acceptance of Codex Alimentarius standards. This course is designed to provide postgraduate training for those already employed or who wish to develop careers in the food sector, regulatory agencies, government departments and trade organisations.

You will develop an understanding of legislative, policy and scientific aspects of food regulatory affairs, acquiring the skills to put this knowledge into practice and increasing your employability in the UK, European and international agrifood industry.

A jointly Food Regulatory Affairs degree University College Dublin, European and global experts in science, law, economics and policy contribute to the course.
