Overview

The Financial Economics course from Yeditepe University students can follow career paths related to managerial or research positions in the industry, or can go on to obtain their doctoral degree geared towards academic research.

We aim to provide our students a knowledge of the intricacies of financial engineering and econometrics so that they can participate in existing financial markets and help develop future trends, keeping in mind the current and long-term needs of the various stakeholders, and have a sufficient theoretical and empirical background to continue onto a doctoral degree in related fields.

To be successful in the interview by our department.
To have a bachelor's degree from an institution with national and international equivalence.
A student who certifies that he has received 79 of the TOEFL IBT exam or 550 of the TOEFL PBT exam two years prior to the exam day is exempted from the foreign language examination. Exam centers which are valid for TOEFL exam are listed below. Exams taken outside these centers are not valid. The IELTS test is not valid at our institution.
