Accreditation

This course is accredited by the British Association of Counselling (BACP) and is designed to meet BACP accreditation standards. You'll need to join the BACP as a student member whilst enrolled on the course. On successful completion of the PG Diploma (year 1 and 2) you will be eligible to apply for individual membership as a qualified practitioner with the BACP.

This is a popular MA programme, and we recommend you apply early for the next intake. All those who meet the entry criteria are offered an interview and may be offered a place.
Applicants should hold at least 2:2 degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy OR any first degree plus Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills Practice or equivalent
Certificate Counselling Skills (or equivalent) must include theory, skills (including assessment of these) and personal development group. This must be a taught course (not online) and be at least 2 terms (or equivalent) duration
You can apply for the MA/ PGDip Integrative Psychotherapy course whilst completing your undergraduate degree (Counselling and Psychotherapy) or Level 3 Certificate Counselling Skills
