The Law program is offered by the Beijing Institute of Technology.

Based on BIT’s advantage in science and technology in national defense field, School of Law has developed expertise on subjects of International Law, especially Space Law.

Its Space Law program holds a leading position in China and has a great reputation in the international space law community.

International Law focuses on International Human Rights Law, Public International Law, International Economic Law, International Space Law, Comparative Contract Law, and Immigration Law etc. Economic analysis of Law focuses on the economic analysis of legal system and legal practice.

It suggests to make use of economic principles and methods, especially cost and profit, to analyze legal system and legal issues.

General requirements

Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens and in good health and will observe the Chinese laws and the regulations of Beijing Institute of Technology.

Applicants for Master programs should be under the age of 35.

Applicants for Master programs should have a Bachelor degree or the equivalent educational background of a Bachelor degree.

Applicants for English-taught programs should have minimum score 80 in TOEFL or 5.5 overall band in IELTS(English native speakers are exempted).

MBA applicants should have at least 1 year of related working or internship experience.
