Bachelor’s degree in MUSIC, PSYCHOLOGY, HEALTH SCIENCE, or related fields with at least a 3.0 GPA
High level of music performance proficiency, especially in piano, guitar and singing
A photograph of the applicant
A photocopy of the applicant’s National ID card (Thai students) or passport (Non-Thai
students)
A copy of official transcript(s)
A copy of an English Proficiency Test official report
A completed application form
Two letters of recommendation (at least one of which must be an academic reference)
