About this Degree

The Business Administration program from Durban University of Technology will be able to competently apply and integrate theoretical principles, evidence-based techniques, practical experience, and appropriate skills to their particular industry in an independent manner in a variety of management situations.

The compulsory modules represent pertinent areas of management to provide the student with knowledge to underpin management decision-making. The module Research Methodology & Research Report provide the student with an opportunity to integrate the functional areas of management as well as to interrogate and analyse management problems and devise strategic and functional management solutions. The Elective module allows the student to align the MBA with their own field of expertise or interest, and provides an opportunity for the in-depth development of specialist knowledge.
