About Advanced Criminal Justice at University of Kwazulu Natal
The Advanced Criminal Justice programme from University of Kwazulu Natal aims to develop an expert knowledge of South African Criminal Law, and to provide students with the opportunity to make extensive use of comparative materials.
Key Features
- Students are required to complete four modules from the prescribed list of modules, and to complete a 15 000-word dissertation.
- Two modules will be presented each year, one per semester. The programme will thus be presented on a part-time basis, in order to focus on attracting students from the ranks of the Department of Justice, the Correctional Services, and the SAPS, as well as legal practitioners.
