Key Features
Water and Environmental Engineering from Czech Technical University (CTU) offers three specializations (tracks). Students decide on their specialisation at the start of their study. All specializations comprise a common block of compulsory core courses providing a broad fundamental basis (courses related to hydraulics, hydrology, risk analysis, water quality and water reservoir management).

Engineers are able to work professionally in complex conditions and deliver technologically and scientifically sound solutions based on understanding of processes and interactions of addressed engineering problems and challenges. They find employment opportunities and career prospects with profit- and non-profit employers such as contractors, engineering and consultancy companies, water administrators, governmental bodies and academic institutions.
