The vision of the Department is to be a leading, world-class academic Department committed to raising a new generation of leaders in the field of real estate in all areas of practice, teaching and research.

The Mission of the Department of Estate Management is to become the leading hub for empowering practitioners of real estate with cutting-edge skills via the creation of requisite knowledge and development of human capacity in all areas of practice, teaching and research in real estate such that products of the department are adequately equipped to compete with counterparts around the globe and provide world class services wherever and whenever they are called upon.

General requirements

Candidates seeking admission to the Master’s degree Programme of Covenant University must possess a Bachelor’s degree from Covenant University or any other University recognized by the Senate of Covenant University.
Preferably, candidates with First Class, Second Class (Upper Division), and Second Class (Lower Division with a minimum CGPA of 3.00) in the relevant disciplines may apply. The minimum duration of study for the award of the Master’s degree is two academic sessions for full-time.
In addition, Covenant University conducts screening exercise for all candidates seeking admission into the University.
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English.
Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.
