About the Program

The Business Accountancy CE program at Red River College Polytechnic was developed from the CPA competency map that provides graduates with the opportunity to fill current and ongoing demand for accountants. Graduates can apply to use their post-graduate diploma credits for standing toward the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Students will gain a deeper understanding of accounting practices and principles; accounting management; taxation; communications; business law as it relates to finances and accounting.

Practical application and industry projects will further hone their business skills during the four-month Work Integrated experiential learning and produce confident graduates who have real work experience to incorporate into their resumes in search of career opportunities.
