- Bachelor’s degree programme Information and Communications Engineering or a degree programme of equivalent academic value at another post-secondary educational institution.
- English requirements B2: TOEFL iBT (minimum score: 87); IELTS (minimum overall band score: 6.5 & at least 6 for each individual assessment area); Cambridge English: First Certificate in English (FCE) or B2 First (result Level B2) or higher
