General requirements

A bachelor's degree of at least 3 years' study in psychology with a minimum 2.75 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) out of 4.00 and in accordance with MQA Program Standards for Psychology.
Shortlisted applicants must pass an interview with members of the selection committee (the selection committee consists of registered clinical psychologists)
A high standard of written and oral communication skills (English language)
Capacity to relate to a wide range of people from different age, gender, ethnic-racial, cultural, socioeconomic, and vocational backgrounds
Ability and willingness to sustain high workloads
Experience in clinically-related field is an advantage, but not mandatory
