Admission to the Master of Public Health requires:
an undergraduate degree with a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 65, plus one of the following: a one-year Honours degree, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma. At least one qualification must be in a field relevant to public health; OR
an undergraduate degree (minimum WAM of 65) plus significant professional or volunteer experience in a field relevant to public health (equivalent of 2 years full time)..
Applicants who do not meet the above requirements may be offered the Graduate Certificate in Public Health as a pathway into the Master of Public Health.
Entry to the Public Health Research specialisation requires a WAM of 75 or greater in your prior studies.
Students wishing to take PGPH940 Public Health Practice will require a WAM of 65 across all completed subjects.
