General requirements
To apply for the Master's programme in Physics, you need a relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Bachelor's degree in Physics from SDU – gives you a legal claim for admission
When you finish a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Southern Denmark, you have a legal claim for admission to the Master's programme if you apply within three years after obtaining the Bachelor's degree.
You can also apply if you have one of the following degrees:
- Bachelor's degree in Nanobioscience from SDU
- Bachelor's degree in Physics from Aarhus University, Roskilde University, the University of Copenhagen or Aalborg University
Additionally, you can apply if you hold a similar degree and hold solid qualifications in:
- Introductory quantum mechanics
- Classical mechanics
- Electromagnetism and optics
- Thermodynamics
- Statistical mechanics
- Condensed matter physics
- Experimental physics
