Conditions for Foreign Candidates:

The applicants' undergraduate or graduate grade point average must be at least 2.50 in the "4" grading system.
Foreign language requirement is not required for foreign applicants who apply to master's and doctoral programs whose language of instruction is English. In programs in which education is given in a foreign language, the relevant program must meet the foreign language requirement.
