Overview
International Arbitration from University of Bucharest is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the theory and practice of the international commercial arbitration, as well as of specialised arbitration areas, such as investment, construction, intellectual property and sports.
Mission
The LLM Program is primarily addressed to practitioners seeking a specialization, to attorneys at law and in-house counsels, nevertheless being of interest to all practitioners in international relations, hence providing the opportunity for the interaction between students with different cultural backgrounds and origin.
The library of the Law School comprises a wide range of specialized publications, as mentioned in the bibliographical references for the LLM Program.
