The following educational objectives have been established to foster future medical professionals with translational research capabilities.

To acquire integrative knowledge of translational medicine through step-by-step customized education of disease-oriented applied learning in biomedical field

To understand translational research methods that creatively combine basic biomedical science and clinical medicine based on accumulated clinical knowledge and have translational researcher’s view by improving analytical skills for the research results

To enhance international competitiveness leading the world class translational researches by developing capability to catch and deal with the rapidly changing medical environment and medical research trends

To have a sense of duty of contributing to human health by devoting themselves to biomedical researches on the basis of strong ethics as a researcher

General requirements

You and both your parents must have foreign citizenship.

Not eligible if you or any of your parents hold Korean dual-citizenship.
Taiwanese applicants are eligible even if one of the parents holds Korean citizenship.
You must hold a foreign citizenship (not Korean dual-citizenship) and must have completed or expect to complete all your primary and secondary education (equivalent to Year 12 qualification in Korea) fully outside of Korea.
Master’s or Combined program applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or a level of education equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
