Programme Structure
The first year’s courses are designed to give the students an integrated view of the management of modern firms competing sustainably in the global economy: from sustainable strategies and business models to organisational structures, from business economics to accounting systems.
The second year aims at building skills along three business processes, each through a dedicated study track:
- Smart Manufacturing: Lean Management, Sustainable Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Machine Learning for Operation Management.
- Marketing and Digital Transformation: Relational Marketing, Economics of Innovation, Digitalization and Product-service innovation, Quantitative Methods and Analytics for Marketing.
- People and Organization: Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management & Compensation.
Each track includes internship, elective courses and thesis.

- A minimum three-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with proven skills in at least two of the following core academic areas:
1. Management (ex.: strategy, marketing, operations, organization and human resource management)
2. Accounting & Finance (ex.: management accounting, auditing, control, corporate finance)
3. Economics & Quantitative (ex.: microeconomics, macroeconomics, mathematics, statistics)
Only academic skills fulfilled by an undergraduate degree will be considered.

- Whenever necessary, the Commission may also ask candidates for an on-line interview.
