The Technion’s Faculty of Biomedical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology is Israel’s leading academic Biomedical Engineering establishment, where in an innovative setting Israel’s best-and-brightest engage in cutting-edge technology, teaching and research in fields such as: Robotics, Control, Dynamical Systems, Biomedical, Biomedical of Materials and Micro-Systems, Reliability, Design, Production and CAD, Biomedical, Optical Engineering and Computational Biomedical.

The Biomedical Engineering graduate programme aims to develop skilled scientists and engineers who are tackling the greatest medical challenges of today and tomorrow.

M.Sc. and ME Tracks

The Biomedical Engineering master programme offers two tracks: a thesis track (MSc) and a non-thesis track (ME).

The M.Sc. degree provides students with broad knowledge and a high level of expertise in a particular field. Students follow a specialized study program, conduct research, and submit a research thesis. Students can engage in theoretical or experimental research, investigate phenomena in pure or experimental science, or present a practical approach to engineering or manufacturing processes.

The ME track is a non-thesis degree which requires the completion of coursework and the submission of a final project.
