Key facts

The Master in HR and Organization by Bologna Business School involves a year of demanding training which, as well as guaranteeing greater employability when they go on to look for work, equips participants to take on the challenges of the managerial roles to which they all aspire.

The program is held in English and one of the few HR Masters in the world awarded with EFMD Programme accreditation. It consists of interactive lessons, meetings with alumni of the Master, international and group assignments and in-company workshops, concluding with a final internship lasting three or four months.
This gives students the chance to put themselves to the test and launch a career geared towards growth in a company, consultancy firm or other organization.

This program is the first Italian Inter-University Master in HRO, thanks to the collaboration of the Universities of Bologna, Ferrara, Modena, and Reggio Emilia.
