Overview

The CLIL-AICLE and Task-based Language Teaching through Technology (Online) at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) trains the student in fundamental theoretical and practical principles to be able to apply the technology in CLIL programs and to task-based language teaching, incorporating effective strategies for learning in CLIL and task-based language teaching programs.

In addition, it trains in the design of materials for virtual language teaching / learning, and also to advice on topics such as curriculum design, individualization and customized courses, needs analysis, quality of teaching materials and resources / tools.

You need to have an official university qualification to be able to study on the programme. If you don't have one, you can access the programme if you can provide proof of your professional experience.

If you do not have a previous university degree, you can access the program through the recognition of professional experience with 1 year of experience in language teaching in any specialty, level and educational environment, publishing sector for the design of materials for virtual language teaching/learning, consulting for digital language learning platforms, online intercultural mediation, teacher training.

The course material will be in English and the language used in class will also be English. Therefore, a command of English is required to follow this programme.
