- The specialization programme in Conflict, Peace and Gender (Online) at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) reviews academic and best practices skills coming from gender studies and its relations to the conflict, peace & security areas. Objectives
- To know the theory, its different approaches and the nature of contemporary conflicts.
- To acquire analysis skills and the ability to plan actions for peaceful interventions, both for the prevention and transformation of conflicts by intervening during their development.
- To access information and knowledge to be able to develop efficient intervention programmes and manage the search for positive specific solutions.
- To transform the way to communicate both to prevent and to end conflicts.
