Overview

The Strategic Conflict Management (Online) programme from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) reviews academic and best practices skills coming from gender studies and its relations to the conflict, peace & security areas. The specialization in Strategic Conflict Management is designed to provide practical and analytical skills to understand and manage conflicts with a strategic approach.

This program belongs to the master of Conflict, Peace and Security carried out in collaboration with UNITAR.

Objectives

To understand crisis management theory and its different approaches.

To acquire conflict analysis skills.

To increase the participants' ability to manage strategic interventions.

To develop efficient intervention programmes and manage the search for positive specific solutions.

To create communicative campaigns addressed to transform, prevent and end conflicts.
