Overview

At the heart of this Luxury Management and Guest Experience programme at Glion Institute of Higher Education are four leadership-focused distance learning modules of 12 weeks’ duration each.

You will also take part in a number of Master Classes in areas such as branding, omnichannel sales, behavioral sciences and strategic sustainable investments and investors.

At the end of the taught curriculum, you will have a further six months to complete a Business Research Project focused on a real-world luxury industry business challenge.

Residential study weeks

Two on-campus residential weeks, one in Switzerland and one in the UK, are an important element of your programme. You will be taught on Glion campus, in the hills above Montreux, and in the vibrant city of London.

These immersive weeks incorporate face-to-face classes, workshops and discovery field trips, providing the perfect opportunity to connect and network with your executive-level peer group.
