There is a special feature in the degree programmes where you have to combine several subjects, i.e. the 2-subject Bachelor's degree programmes and the Bachelor's degree programmes with a teacher training profile. Here, it is checked separately for each subject whether partial admission is possible. Only if this results in a combination that is required for a complete course of study is it a total admission with which one can enroll.
