- At least a lower second class (2:2) honours degree or equivalent qualifications in Civil Engineering or Civil and Environmental Engineering and other related disciplines such as Water Resources, Irrigation, Infrastructure, Public Health or Sanitary, Municipal, Geotechnical etc.
